Well Built, Modern (yet Affordable!) Crib, August 31, 2011 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Stork Craft Monza II Fixed Side Convertible Crib, White (Baby Product) After searching far and wide for a modern yet affordable crib, I was so excited to come across the newly-released Monza II Crib! I even traveled to Ikea to purchase the Gulliver but that was the very same day they recalled it and temporarily stopped selling cribs! The Monza II Crib cost a bit more than the Ikea crib but is well worth the price, in my opinion, and meets all current crib standards. It is solid and the gentle curve of the design adds a bit of 'friendliness' to its modern aesthetic.
This crib arrived swiftly but, to our disappointment, was lacking two key parts (brackets) so we had to call the manufacturer's customer service line and request the missing parts. The parts arrived exactly one week later and we eagerly assembled the crib. It took my husband about 1.5 hrs to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow.

We have looked at many cribs at many different retailers. This crib is easy to assemble, great looking with style, and functional at a great price. We love it so far. We purchased it in the Oak stain, and it is a warm oak finish. It is very true to the pictured crib in Oak. Great purchase!
